Be a Superstar

 Join our campaign

and get children dressing up and

     reading for fun

    while raising funds

       for Schoolreaders!

for Schoolreaders!

Welcome to 'Be a Superstar for Schoolreaders!'  We're asking schools around the country to join us and stage a 'Superstar' £1 non-uniform day, hold a Readathon and join in with other fun and inventive ways to celebrate reading!

At the same time, we're inviting participating schools to fundraise with us.  The Schoolreaders service is free

to schools, but it actually costs us as a charity £15 to provide this service to each child for a year. That’s because

we have a small paid team who match up schools and volunteers, and keep

in touch with everyone afterwards.

So we hope lots of schools will join

the 'Superstar' campaign, and raise funds for us.  Every £15 raised

means that another child in a primary school can receive free reading

help for a whole year.

Our 'Be a Superstar for Schoolreaders' campaign will launch in September 2019.  Your school's 'Superstar' event can take place at any time between

4th September 2019 and 21st February 2020.
