The Big Give
Christmas Challenge
If you are planning to support Schoolreaders this year, please consider doing so between 2nd and 9th December. Your donation will have double the impact!
The Big Give Christmas Challenge is an annual campaign which brings together larger donors, such as philanthropists, foundations and businesses, with the giving public and the charities who need them.
The concept is simple. For one week, all donations to your chosen charity will be matched; doubling your impact.
2026 is the National Year of Reading, and we are pledging to deliver 1.5 million reading sessions in 2026. This is an ambitious number, and we will need your support if we are going to succeed.
It costs Schoolreaders just £40 to provide a child with an entire year of one-to-one reading support. If you are able to give during the challenge, you can double the difference you’ll make to children's literacy and future life chances.
